Shipping & Returns Policy
- Free shipping in the contiguous U.S. via UPS or FedEx Ground. If you like to ship artwork to Hawaii or Alaska, please email the artist for any additional shipping cost.
- Shipping outside the U.S. is not offered at present.
- You must provide the correct phone number, address, and email address on your order. If your package is returned due to incorrect contact information, you will be responsible for the cost of shipment and re-shipment. Artwork will be not be shipped to a P.O. Box.
- A tracking number will be provided to you via email after artwork is shipped. It will be shipped as soon as possible. Please allow up to 4 weeks from date of order for delivery.
- Artwork is insured during shipment. If it is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier with the original packaging for a full refund. Shipping carrier, not the artist, is responsible for the refund.
- Customer satisfaction is the artist's top priority. If for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return artwork in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. Artwork that has been altered or modified in any way is not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds.
- To request a return, please send the artist an email. Specific return instructions will be provided to you by the artist, including the return address, once you initiate a return.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
- You must insure your return shipment and provide the artist with the shipment tracking number. Refunds will not be issued for artwork damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received.
