At the outer edge of our Milky Way Galaxy and located 20,000 light-years away, lies the red giant star V838 Monocerotis. It greatly expanded and became the brightest star in our galaxy in 2002. The light echoes from the interstellar dust cloud expelled from the star. Like this star, we can emit our light to the world!
